From rock to hip hop, blues and roots, indie music, electronic dance beats, and more - the festival promises an incredible breadth of contemporary music performances. On top of that, camping is available for those who wish to stay close by, plus beaches in walking distance or just a short bus ride away.

Fall Festival began in 1993 when a local surfer from Lorne decided to open his annual New Year's Eve farm party to up to thousands of guests. He then added some of the most popular Australian bands, and, just like that, Rock Above the Falls was born–now called The Falls Festival!

As The Falls Festival's band line-ups became increasingly popular, ticket demands skyrocketed, prompting promoters to extend the festival into a two-night affair in 2003 and even add a sibling event in Marion Bay, Tasmania. For 14 years now, The Falls Festival has consistently grown and evolved.
